Traits
No Spikes (Uncommon)
- This trait makes a soft completely devoid of spikes (excluding horns)
Being entirely devoid of spikes has its ups and downs. For once you can roll onto your back without issue or carry things without fear of impaling them. On the other hand, there are no hooks to tie things to…
Goo holes (Uncommon)
- Goo holes can be any shape and any amount as long as they do not cover more than 50% of the body
- They can be used to create false eyes on the head
Goo holes provide a soft’s goo extra ventilation and often makes them more aware of their surroundings because more of the goo is exposed. Softs with too many goo holes may struggle from overstimulation in crowded areas however.
Goo ears (Uncommon)
- Ears made out of goo, can be emotive and can stack upto 3 times
- May not have inner ear structures
Goo ears evolved from the trait ‘extra goo parts’ (rare) and they’re very expressive! and more flexible than average goo parts. They even help the soft hear better by catching soundwaves more accurately.
Goo limbs (Uncommon)
- A soft may have a max of 2 goo limbs
- Goo limbs can take up the entire limb or only part of it (i.e forearm, ankle, etc)
Goo limbs are formed when a soft loses a limb and cannot properly regrow it or a limb(s) don’t form properly during development in the egg although this is less common than the first method. Goo limbs are weaker than normal soft stone limbs.
Extra spikes (Uncommon)
- This includes spikes on the legs, shoulders, more rows on the back
Extra spikes developed for offensive purposes back when territory disputes were still common! In recent times they’re still commonly seen on softs, some love their spikes while others are less enthused looking like some pincushion.
Goo Hair/Fluff (Uncommon)
- This is meant as a cheap alternative alternative to Neck Spikes (extinct) but Neck spikes are still required for any spikey texture at the neck
- Goo fur/hair should always look like its made out ooze/goo (semi-rounded shapes, highlights, etc) and not out of actual fluff
Goo fur/hair are a recent development in softs to express themselves and is mostly used to customize themselves. It serves no protective purposes but most softs enjoy a bit of flair. Its thought this is split from the Spikes on Neck trait.
slushi (Uncommon)
- This goo texture has the appearance and texture of crushed ice
This soft’s goo has the texture of crushed ice, it feels cool to the touch and very crunchy. It makes sizzling and popping noises when the soft moves.
